Our Management Team and Directors

Nicole is an experienced Director and business leader with specialist skills in people development and project management. She is currently Managing Director of My Pathway, a social and economic development organisation established in 2007. She has led the growth of My Pathway from a small family business to become a leading national services provider. Her enthusiasm for collaboration has inspired a network of partners, including the Worklink Group, who share similar community and economic development aspirations.

Rob is a leader in stakeholder engagement and establishing new businesses to enhance employment and training services for Indigenous Australians. He is currently the General Manager of Remote Services at My Pathway, a social and economic development organisation established in 2007. Rob is committed to developing more inclusive workforce development strategies to benefit vulnerable groups and businesses.

Lisa is a volunteer Director of Worklink Group, providing a specific focus on the human resources aspects of Worklink's operations. In addition to her role at Worklink, Lisa is the Operations Manager at Preston Law, and is also an experienced employment lawyer. Lisa graduated from James Cook University with a Bachelor of Business (HRM) - Bachelor of Laws (Honours), and has been invited back to lecture at JCU for the College of Business, Law and Governance. Lisa is a Professional Member of AHRI and the Queensland Law Society (QLS), a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia.

Tracey is a born and bred Cairns local having completed all her schooling here in Cairns. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Business Degree and is a Chartered Accountant, holding current membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Tracey's 25 year career in the accounting field includes experience in both public and private sector organisations. On a personal level, she is a past president of the Rotary Club of Cairns, having been the first female president of the Cairns club during the 2010-2011 year.

Ben is one of the most relaxed and personable people you will meet. A practising solicitor at MacDonnells Law in Cairns, Ben has experience negotiating and advising on a range of commercial and property transactions for both the government and private sector as well as undertaking due diligence reporting in business transactions and security advisory. A local to the Cairns region, Ben enjoys taking the time to promote the community.

Bill is the General Manager in Worklink and brings a passion for all things accountancy and culture to the organisation and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business.
